Well, it's kinda phallic-shaped, so I suppose if you really wanted to you could call the building in that second picture a cock tower.

I actually saw this topic's title a week ago, just after recovering from a day long hypoglycemic seizure. I was only beginning to re-connect with reality by resuming my everyday internet habits when I saw my name on the list of GD topics.

I guess then I logged off the forums and didn't come back for a week.
