OK, first, I'll post some pics, but I don't even know who to ask about this. Got it for 15 bucks, on ebay, it's missing a power button but in excellent condition. It kinda looks like it's a touchscreen, thats why I took the gamble. I don't know who to ask, or what to google, or anything. I've tried googling some of the numbers and the word sharp, ect.
Any info on these photos, or what to search, where to search, a forum for this kind of thing, or any advice at all would be awesome. I want to put the bastard in my car!

WHat I don't see in these pics - any kind of power controller at all. It was sold as missing a power button, but I don't see it anywhere.

EDIT: Bay image is being a faggot. Here they are. If you need anything more specific or something, let me know.

Bay image officially sucks harder dick than photobucket, which I didn't think was possible. They SAY 140 filetypes, but it won't accept my JPG's and PNGs. So fuck it.

It's an LCD monitor. Maybe a touchscreen. It's made by sharp. I need some kind of info so I know what parts i need to get the fucker running.

Well "PMMA" might be the name of the model. I'd call sharp and ask them if they had a model of LCD monitor called, "PMMA". If they don't give them the serial number. The serial number is something that could possibly be unique to the model type on top of being an identifier for your particular unit.

Edit - But if it's from eBay, it may simply be broken. Never can trust eBayers.

The model number is LQ150X1MW21. The manufacturer is Sharp. Put the two together and Google will help you with the rest... =/

I've tried, thats the problem. I'll dig some more, and calling them is a good idea.

And yeah, I know it's likely it could just be broke - but it was 15 bucks with shipping. I was shocked that I won it.

OK I've been googling this nigger, and still not really getting anything. I just need info on the parts I need, and how to order them, or hell, even substitute them.

Personally to me that looks like an LCD panel for a laptop. Maybe that is why you do not have a power button.

You aren't very good at google. I spent less than two minutes finding the data sheet.

Awesome. It looks like I need a 12V adapter and it should power on. I think. Thanks Gdorf. I'll let you guys know how this thing goes when I'm done dicking with it.

Fuckin' screen's cracked. God damnit. Oh well.
