First off, awesome game. I've been playing ZC for like...3 years? XD And I love it. Also have downloaded tons of quests here (and on PureZC) and beat some of them.

However, ever since I have moved all my games from my Win 98 computer to my XP computer, I have not been able to run ZC or ZQuest at all. I have even downloaded (three times) ZC and the support files and whatnot, and it still doesn't run.

What happens is that I'll double-click on the EXE for either, the screen flashes with a window as if it's executing, but then it dissapears and I get that stupid Windows XP error box, saying "ZC/ZQuest has encountered an error and has to close".

Is there something I'm missing, or need to fix to get it to work? Any help would be appreciated. :3

~EDIT~

After reading older posts on this same problem, I figured I'd post what my allegro.log is saying...

Which version of ZC are you trying to run? It looks like the version of ZC doesn't match the version of the support files.

I'm trying to run 2.10 Windows version.
