I already know that ZC doesn't support mp3 format. But I was experimenting with sfx/wav. editing and was wondering if I can make voice dialog.

I would need to know the limitations of sfx sizes and how to trigger it by either carryover or zscript.

actually, it does support mp3. In the dmap properties on newer betas theres a box that says 'alternate music' or something like that.
I'm not sure about the size limitations for sfx though.
You use sfx via zscript with the 'Game->PlaySound():' command.

I tried putting an mp3 in the alternate music, it didn't play. Is there a rule I must permit or something to make it work?

The Mp3 must be in the same folder as ZC for it to play correctly.

You also have to put it in the alternative music box in the dmap editor, not in the music tab.
