Is there any way for me to have a script warp that isn't just 'insta-warp' type?

I want a warp with opening screen, not instawarp.

The only way I can think of is to actually create a warp combo under Link, or move link to a warp combo, or make an FFC a warp combo and move it towards Link (Don't know if warp type combos work with FFCs however, you'd need to test it)

Ah right ok, I'll experiment with that then. Thanks. It would be so much easier if they were just included in the script warps though...

I agree, or mabye have a way to create the effects via script, so you only need the insta warp plus the effect of your choice, and it would be nifty to be able to create warp effect without actually going anywhere. Either way we'll have to wait until after 2.5 for that.

maybe you could with some kind of draw rectangle madness? Surely it shouldn't be too hard to in effect create an insta-warp with blackout in that way?

Ah, not a bad idea although I am working on my new sideview battle system today so, I won't personally be attempting it right now. Drawing functions are pretty simple to use give it a try see what you come up with :)

I think I might do, although I need 'insta-warp with opening screen' really, so I might have to resort to some making combo appear nonsense :P
