Anyway does anyone no were I can
get a good zc ver with 1.44mb
or less. becuse my pc does not
have internet right now
I have to downoald from
my ap's pc.

So does anyone know were
a higer better version
with quest editor can
be found, and it has to
have 1.44mb or less
that is all my floppy disks
will hold.

Untell I get internet
or a usb thing
I am stuck with
floppy disks.
So any help as to were
I can get a higer version?

Well, looking at the files, I don't think that any of the individual components of 2.10 are over 1.44 megs. You could transfer them seperately, although it'd take you three or four trips.

Thats cool,I tried the three trips
with 1.90, but it will not work
right and 2.10 for windows never
works for me they arent
like they were in the old days,
now there is this little download
icon,and it dosnot recionise
any thing from 2.10 no
matter what pc i'm on
so give me a hint on how
I can get 2.10 working
right by makeing 3 trips.
How should I do this?
and what stuff should
I add to the floppy disk first?

I am normaly smart about
zc but,I have a few
problems thease days

Also this pc will not let me copy
or make new forlders so I
have to normaly download
it on to this pc,
then slowly take parts out and add them to
my pc.

Also I just tried 2.10,
and there is a zc descript error.
zeldaw works fine but zc editor has a problem.

If you re-download 2.10 from the main page, it should have only the essentials. Just make sure that the folder name is the same an that it's in Program Files on your final computer.

Yes but then, were should I download it
at on this pc, a temp folder also if I download it
on this pc I cannot do the same on my pc,
and transfering is the only way.

I'm not sure what you mean by a temp folder. All the files should be under Program Files->ZC2.10.

What i'm saying is if
I completely download it
onto this pc's proggram files
I can't redownload it on mine can I??

You can access Program Files manually, you know. Open up My Computer->C:->Program Files.

No, you don't need to uninstall or reinstall anything. Just install it on your internet computer, than go in and manually find the Z2.10 folder, and copy a few files each trip until the entire things on the other computer.

Have you only ever used version 1.00? Or have you had experience with other versions aswell?

Cause I thought you were saying you knew the system quite well?

Ehh... you could just use more floppy disks at a time...

Have you only ever used version 1.00? Or have you had experience with other versions aswell?

Cause I thought you were saying you knew the system quite well?Yes I do,But I'm trying to see what the easyest way to get a higher
version of zc whould be.
But it's kinda to late, I have already started making
a zc quest with 1.00 and I added new
stuff,custom made tiles from me,
cliffs you can jump down,
AND MORE.

Soon I will add the quest to ZC.com so you may all
see what kind of quest a skilled minded
zc fan can do with 1.00 version.

Normaly I whould make a quest with 2.10 or 2.11,
but i'm haveing memory problems on the floppy
disks.Even if I transfer all the 2.10 files sepret
and add and exract them it still messses up
for some reason, so untell I get a usb memory
holder,I will be useing 1.00.

Ehh... you could just use more floppy disks at a time...That looks like my best bet,I have been transfering MIDI's
to my quest useing floppy disks, I just need a higher density floppy disk.

The 1.44 and so on is not enough.:uhoh:
