Block hole / Block trigger?

Is there a way to combine block hole and block triggers?
I remember Shoelace asking about this a while back but don't remember what ever became of it.

It worked in July and I was making all sorts of puzzles with it! Not sure what Beta that was though.

But there is good news, I got my new computer finally! I just downloaded ZC's newest beta and will be messing around with stuff. I will go ahead and check to see if it still works.

I Know that inherent block hole isn't working, I just reported that this morning.

I know that it doesn't really answer the problem, but as a workable fix, couldn't you make the combo inherent Trigger, and manually place Hole over it?
