Quake Hammer Scrolls??

What exactly are these for, I assume by reading the item editor propeties it should stun/damage enemies within a radius of the hammer impact. I've been experminting with radius and I put it as high as 512 with no apperant effects. and what about Super Quake Scrolls, same concept, more power?

The quake effect is triggered by 'charging' the Hammer, as you would the Sword for a Spin Attack.
