ok I can move l,r,u,d with no problems

I can attack left ALT

what are the other commands??? I see theres a map that uses the spacebar but I cant do anything with it??

Spacebar map has to be turned on in whatever quest you are playing.
Ctrl is your "b" item, press enter to bring down your subscreen to choose "b" items.

You can customize the controls to whatever you want to, by going to Settings->Key Directions and Settings->Key Buttons (I think).

As for the map, well, it is only in certain quests and it displays every screen you've been on so far.
