Escape won't work for opening the menu in ZC. -509

Only clicks and controller input work.
It also brings up the menu on start even if you try not to. (Might be a ZCL problem)

This bug is an ancient Allegro/Windows problem; I remember it even back in 1.92. For some reason ZC sometimes just doesn't have the Allegro keyboard focus when it first starts. I'm not sure there's anything we can do.
