The Triforce Fragment likes me where I am

Ok, this problem has come up. When I pick up the Triforce Fragment, it does not take me anywhere. I have reviewed the entire tutorial I was directed to. It said Direct both Tile and Side warp to the outside of the dungeon. I did as such, but I still only get blinking lights followed by... nothing. If anyone knows a way to fix this problem, please comment. Feel free to ask about my set up as to get a better clue on what I may not be doing right.

Go to the item editor and under "Triforce Fragment" make sure it's level is 1. That should remedy the problem. Or better yet, just press defaults.

Also, check your level number for your DMap. It must be a level number from 1-8 for the Triforce shard warps to work properly.
