NO SOUND ZC v2.10

I am trying to figure out shy I don't have sound when I play ZC. I can play the game allright but I can't seem to get sound. I am using a v2.10 on Win XP. I have already tried playing with the volume controls available when one hits "escape". Can someone help me out?

I am sorry if this is listed somewhere else but I can't seem to find a search engine on this site.

Try double clicking volume icon in the taskbar and making sure midi and every thing else is enabled. Did this work?

SW Synth is the type of sound Zelda Classic uses for the music I,m not sure about the sfx though. Just do what Gleeok said. If that dont work then make sure you have these files.

Depending on what version you download, your files should look something like this;

This happens to me too, sometimes. I just close ZC, and re-open it. Normally, it fixes the problem.
