View Full Version : I can't get MP3's/Aternate music to work....

No that's not the problem... the MP3's ARE in the same folder as the quest. Isn't that how it works? They still won't play.


EDIT: If it matters, I recently moved the entire folder (it's contents) into a new folder.

Though ZQ only uses MIDI format?

You can use MP3s as well if you go to the D-maps music part and use the Alternate file load system?

To clarify:

MP3's can indeed be used in a quest. However, when you put a MIDI into a quest, the MIDI is integrated (made a part of) the quest file itself, due to their relatively small file size. MP3's are NOT integrated, and the music files must be distributed if you want people to hear the music in the quest. They are selected in the DMap menu.
