I do miss GB. It was one of the most interesting things to "do" at AGN. I don't even feel that it's helped much, as people still find excuses to flame inside and out even without it. The Rep System, Spammers, occasional posts that borderline trolling or flaming, (From the well-established staff, even.) and more. It's not like there's a surefire way to say that those are unavoidable, as even with GB, unless you were really hated, you had to actually participate to get some sort of flamish feedback.

That's exactly why I like this forum, AlexMax just pinned it perfectly. Most forums out there [that I used to be a part of] were like a children's video game, everyone was just candy-coated nice. Nice nice nice nice. Many people here at AGN are not afraid of being completely honest. It's like real life, almost. And the best part is that we don't have to be politically correct. :D

But my personal view on GB is that if you didn't like it or want to be flamed, just don't go there. When GB's plug was pulled, I was a little concerned that GD was going to transform into GB, but it seems to not have.
