[434] ZQuest lags when placing flags

When you're placing flags, ZQuest will randomly start to lag, during which time your clicks do nothing and the cursor moves really slow. I find that alt-tabbing out will sometimes help alleviate these symptoms, but I can't find any reason why it lags in the first place.

I also notice that when it lags, ZQuest's CPU usage jumps to 100%.

Is there anything specifically that triggers the sluggishness when placing flags?

Not really. But, about 60-70% of the time, it's when I drag to place many flags at once, irregardless of the type of flag, or where I place it.

I also notice that it lags in the Combo editor occasionally, but not as often.

I'm not seeing this lag, or anything in the code that could be causing it... hopefully another dev is seeing it and will be able to fix it.

I'm moving this problem to Bugs in Limbo, as it's unreproducible and most likely an Allegro issue.
