It is a Tesla coil that is rigged in such a way that it makes music. There is no other reason why science exists than to make toys out of high voltages and dangerous objects. I am fairly certain that when all is settled and God reveals Himself then all of the scientists of the world are going to be SO in for it.
Not for failure to believe in God, but for wasting time on things for "the good of mankind" like curing diseases, when what mankind really needed was a nuclear reactor that plays "Brick House" while it pops the world's largest bowl of popcorn before a showing of Pee Wee's Big Adventure.
