When Link slashes, is the tile while he is standing on counted as 'slashed' aswell? So if I put a slash combo on the tile Link is standing on, will it be activated when you press A?

Well, only if you're standing up, I believe, and that's it.

It depends if you have Link slash or stab. If he stabs, I believe the flag will be triggered when he's facing up. If he slashes, then I believe it will work while facing left, up, and right. But this is true only if Link is square on the combo.
