Where do I find Zelda enemy editor?

I've heard a lot about them but I've no clue where it is?

I think of the enemy editor much like the death star in ROTJ, i'ts not fully operational yet, but it'll blow you away. You can find it in any of the newer beta's in the ZQ editor. These are the latest. http://www.shardstorm.com/

When I clicked on the site it was only a log.

Try clicking the links that say Windows, MacOS, or Linux (depending on what OS you have). You will find them right next to the build numbers.
