wont let me go to 5th dungeon 2.10

on zc 2.10 when I walk up the ladder to the 5th dungeon it keeps scrolling to the screen I came from?

The screen is actually a maze path screen. Once you enter it for the first time, go up four times to reach the level entrance.

You also could get the hint by enter the waterfall just west of the maze screen and then stepping on the rupee on the right of the "Pay for Info" room.
