Crystals

Ok, I made a room in my dungeon whith 4 crystals in it. One of them has the
"burn(any)flag on it, another one has the "boomerang"flag on it another one
has the"sword" falag on it, and the last one has the arrow(any)flag on it.
I have all the secret combos required set t a silver crystal, But whe I solve one of the crystals, they all turn silver.

How do I make it to where I have to solve them one by one?

You can't do it an any order. But if you want to make it a specific order oyu hti them in use tiered secrets, a concept quite complex, so you should look at PureZC for a thread I know is there that does a good job.

In case you don't know, tiered secrets are secrets built on top of secrets. They are helpful in making more complex puzzles.
