You know the two different type of transparencies? Here is the diagram below:

I think we should put in that type of layer transparencies like number 2 in the diagram.

Do you know what I mean?

*Sigh* I knew it! Two days without a reply! I don't like it when I post a good suggestion even with a light bulb icon nobody replies.

A 'good suggestion' is subjective. Just because you think it's good, dosen't mean everyone else does

On that note, your suggestion is a bit unclear. Do you want to replace the current transparency type, or add an option to switch between the two?

Add the option to switch between the two is what I want.

He wants %75 transparency versus %50 transparency, I gather. So more of the higher levels saturation and hue comes through.

Why would you need this? Ever? You can just make yourself a custom palette with whatever color you're trying to make. It is a mystery.

I know it's hard to describe the types of transparencies. Did you look at the diagram? The one I am describing it like a pigment.

How I understand it, one expresses that the layers are all 50% transparent, while another expresses, the parts that are overlayed and say if there's 3 layers overlayed, then each of the overlayed part is 1/3 visible, and if it's 4, it's 1/4, etc.

Am I right?
