I can't locate level 3. And how do you get the heart container on the world map near start?

Now I can't seem to find level 4.

you can go up from the start and raft away to find the trigger you need to set to open level 4 :)

I'm stuck in level 4, I have no cool what to do, Can only go straight up go one screen to the left or right after going one screen up from the entrance.
