Well I'm not sure were I should post this.(if its in the wrong spot can some on move it to the right place?)

Ok I downloaded the "278" up there in the little box, and I tried to use the rom view, but when I loaded one all I got was garble? So What Am I suppose to do/or how do I get it to work?

mortal kombat uses funky stuff that most emulators wont like, thus i doubt romview will work with it.

Most SNES roms I see have compressed graphics. I don't know if the rom viewer that's included can support it or not.

Well that sucks I was wanting to make a side scroll type quest with the mortal combat graphic as the background. Well I guess I can take snap shoots and make my own the hard way! bummer:mad:

I played with it for a bit using different roms. It's really buggy, but it does work. I don't really see the point of it though since there are many better rom graphic viewers and ZC really doesn't need this.

I had to scroll for a good while before I found half-way-better-than-nothing tiles in an ALttP ROM.

Heh... ROMView doesn't work with straight SMC ROMs very well, so it's better to use save states. Main reason I like ROMView is because it also gives you the images it saves in the original ROM palette...

ALTTP tiles are generally stored in 3bbp format, which ROMView doesn't support.

But, as I said, you can just rip it from a savestate. Dunno why anybody would want to rip more LttP tiles, however. Everybody and their grandmother has already done it.

Alright so use save states! Cool I will check it out.
