Can't start 2.10

I just installed v2.10, and whenever I try to start it all that happens is that a "zelda-w.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" window appears. Anyone know why it might not be working?

Are all of the required files in your ZC folder, and what does allegro.log say?

All I did was download v2.10 on the download page...do I need to do more than that???
Also, what is allegro.log? If that is an idiotic question, sorry I'm not that great when it comes to computers...

Allegro.log is a log file generated by ZC (or ZQuest) every time you run the program - it's located within the folder you've installed ZC to, and can help solve various problems/errors with the program.
