I've been improving the SD3 set, but I'm absolutely clueless as to how I should go about Cset6.

If this was 2.5, I would just use one of the characters from SD3. But, I want to keep this compatible with the older versions, so I have to do something else. Any advice?
Also, just to show off, here's the sun tower NPCs recolored for muh palette...
