Basic script needed

I need an item script. When used, the item would give you another item and start slowly draining your magic. When used again, it takes away the item that it had given you and stops draining your magic. Just give me the script with a blank value for the item and I'll fill it in.

This already exists: Dark Form (http://www.armageddongames.net/forums/showthread.php?t=95768) script. Just change the numbers in the lines containing "ability.toggle_darkform", as described in the script's header.
