Link's New Technicolor World help

I've just beat level 2 but didn't find any item in this dungeon. Am I missing something?:confused: Where is level 3? I have a feeling I'm missing arrows, the raft or the candle because the only locations I haven't reached so far require one of these 3 items. Can anyone who finished this quest help me please? Thanks

Backtrack in level 2.

Level 3 requires you to walk through a rock wall. It helps if you've been through 1st quest.
