The North American servers were supposed to be down [for good :(] on April 2nd, 2007. I got on 10 minutes before midnight, April 2nd, to find that its still up. Even stranger...I played a couple 30 minute games...and apparently its still up. Then before I quit for the night, I read the news, and the date was changed to, get this, "2007-02-27"...what the hell" Does this mean its staying up now, or what, because Portable Ops' online mode is crap compared to MGO.

Wow, I hadn't heard about this. I don't play it at all, but I played it for hours and hours the first weekend I got it. It was really fun, but I never got around to trying it again. Its a shame if it IS down for good.

Wait so it was supposed to go offline? But it isn't? Well I have the game but I never really played online much. I might just go and check it out.
