problem playing quests

I'm a noob. I am trying my hand at creating games with this as opposed to Game Maker. I went to load zelda classic "zelda-w" to play the quest others have made, but it says the program encountered a problem and needs to close. I downloaded version 2.10 for windows. I am using windows xp and have plenty of resources to run it. I can run the editor no problem. If someone knows why it is doing this and how to fix it please help!

You could try opening the folder you have zelda-w and zquest-w in and delete "ag.cfg". If that doesn't work, uninstall Zelda and reinstall it fresh. If that doesn't work, if you have another computer try it on there. The reason it's crashing could be about anything. You could also try using another version of ZC.

Mostly, it's because ZC is such a horrible program that's just sugar-coated. ;) What might do some good is run ZC, let it crash, then copy and paste the contents of 'allegro.txt' on here.
