Combo screen problem

I made a custom tile in the Graphics -> Tile screen. However, the tile doesn't show up anywhere else. I need to edit the tile's combo, but it just isn't on the screen for me to edit. Any ideas?

Also, how do I change the palatte in the tile screen?

On the combo list at the right of the normal screen (the one where you click on tiles to draw them on the ground), go to an empty combo and edit it. Set the tile to the tile that you drew, and set the combo type and everything else the way you want it. You can have more than one combo for one tile by doing this. And by the way, I don't think you can change the palette in the tile screen, it just uses the one that the screen you are viewing is set to.
