Hockey

Not that I really expect anyone here to... but does anyone play Ice Hockey? If so pointers ect. I'm really trying to get into it even though its late in the game compared to most, I'm looking at joining rec leagues.

I used to play in high school. I was terrible, but I had a lot of fun with it. Just be sure that you're in shape, or willing to get into shape quick. Ice hockey is a very physically demanding sport.

The only hockey I ever played was very in Elementary School, in their gym, in a very non-serious fashion. I did, however, rest assured, get hit in the crotch by the (Very real) puck any number of times by some very competent players. Yeah, I was an awesome goalie. :p Couldn't score a goal worth crap, but sometimes all you need is ... ... well, ... to be unlucky. X x.
