Eckland help!

I posted this in the wrong forum earlier. Eckland Quest the Fisherman Cave I just killed the 3 headed dragon and the raft pop's up. I can't get to it. It's behide 3 rocks in a corner. I have super bomb and pushed on the rocks, but I can't get to the raft. Can any one help me. One person said use the magic wand on it. I'm still stuck I can't find the magic wand. If you are going to say it is in level 4, then were is level 4 and how do I get into the level.

To get into Level 4, fire an arrow at the left-hand Armos statue.

You don't get the wand until you find a shop that sells it for 400 rupies - however, you can only gain access to it by completing Level 5 and getting the hammer.

Hi all! I need help in finding level 7. I've done up to level 6 and i found level 9 but of course i won't be able to enter it without having the whole triforce. Where should i go next? I think i need flippers because it seems like i can't go anywhere anymore without swimming. Please help. Thanks
