Midi error

I need some help with the midis:
I go to Quest/ Midis/ I open an empty place and when I load some kind of midi files (not all of them), it tells me:
Error loading midi.
If you knew what kind of problem could it be, could you help me?

Which MIDI's are you using, and in which ZC version?

I'm using Zc version 2.10 and I made my own midi's

Really, what sequencer you using? Only it may not be saving as a true midi, or somthing. I know I had one that saved them as some bizzare format.

I'm using an old sequencer (Midisoft Musicmagic 1991). Some midis that I made are working well in Zc, but not all of them... I really don't know why it doesn't work...

I don't know if this is still a problem with current versions but it was with an old version. Make sure you save/export your midi file from the sequencer as standard midi format 1. ZC used to have problems using format 0 I think.

I had the file saved in format 1 but now I have tried to save in format 0 and it worked.
