Trouble downloading custom graphics

I am terrible with computers. I'm trying to get graphics from PureZC and everytime I download I can't open them. It says the files arent supported. Help?

What types of files are they? If they are zip files then Winzip is a good program to use. If they are other files you are trying to open, you may need to load or import them through ZQuest. Let us know what the extensions are and you can get more specific help.
