Neither the Zquest or the Zelda-W is opening for me. The instant I double-click the programs to open them, they immediately close themselves as if I hadn't done anything. I had the command parameters of -res 552 448 -windowed
and for zquest -windowed -big, and it didn't work. I took those parameters out and it didn't work. What's funny to me is that this worked fine two days ago, now they won't even open up anymore. Any help?

O_o *boggle*

What does your allegro.log file say?

Man... this might be a tight problem.

It might be
-Allegro
-You might not have all the needed files
-You need zquest.txt for ZQuest! If you have deleted it, create a new one and put some text there.

And my Zquest.txt file seems to be fine. And I've not touched the zelda folder with all the files in it. So I'm not sure what the problem is.

try redownloading beta 16 and putting sfx.dat into the folder.

Ah, blame Freedom for that, I downloaded his custom sfx file and it totally debilitated ZC.
