Sring editor frame

The translucent frame in the string editor isn't translucent, not even the corners that are painted with clear are "see through", note the black corners in the pic.

He's removed that checkbox, actually, so they're not there to not work anymore.

This can be solved, but would require creating another msgbuf to hold the text itself. I'll get it done at some point.
