Download this (http://www.zelda.sjnetwork.net/alphabuilds/254-windows.zip) - it's the current Alpha build of 2.5.

dont use the builds, they do say its possible it could ruin your quests, or your computer if you achually try to build a quest on it. Use it to help the dev's find bugs. Thats what there for.

Or, use 2.10.2. It's more stable than any 2.5. ;)
