[SUBSCR] Custom Counters

We need to be able to reference more counters from the counter menu. This way you can have custom counters in your subscreen, as well as health/max health and magic/max magic.

This isn't a request!! It's a DEMAND!!! j/k. Really, it seems almost essential, especially if you want to make an RPG... Not that I will with ZC.

A counter that references the values of a global variable, or the number of ____ items (z items, baits collected, etc.) I too am surprised it's not in yet.

I'd love this for a Super Mario 64 style Quest I'm planning :)
