Hit Box Question

When extended Link Sprites are enabled, but not the large hit box, is the Hit Box is lined up bottom-center or Dead Center?

small hit box is the two (8x16) across his feet and large is 16x16 from his feet up from what I can tell.
It seems centered when using 32x32
