Okay okay, calm down. would this be in the screen on the bottom left? If it is, im going to tell you... That you cant put monsters in there, but if you want an item in there you will need to have a "special item room" screen in there. Example if there is another screen looking like a cave entrance, then when you make the tile warp screen. Make sure you set the Screen Data on the warp screen, and not in the cave, if this is not your problem please provide further info and maybe a screenshot or 2. I hope this helped you.
