Ever heard of an N64 cart called Spooky?

Just looking for some info. Is it a genuine game? Has anyone actually heard of it? I saw something for sale related to it, but I've never heard of it before, I might take a chance on it, but I wondered if any of you guys had any information.

Gamefaqs doesn't have an entry for it so I'm pretty sure it's not an officially released game.

I found some info when searching.

I found an ebay auction for a flyer from the game, here is what they said about it.

You are bidding on an original promotional flyer for the 1997 I.C.E. games produced N64 cartridge game "SPOOKY" a scary haunted version 3D platform game, like a haloween version of Mario 64.

This game was ultimately never released, as the N64 software market was in serious decline at the time and this flyer, from the 1997 ECTS game show in London, is probably the only piece of marketing material ever produced for this game.
