Custom Items Help

:confused: I've heard talk of creating custom items using the latest betas and I would like to learn how to do this. So if anyone is kind enough to explain to me how to make a custom item and/or provide an example so I can understand, it will be much appreciated :) .

All I know is that it involves scripting. I tried to learn to script, but it was just too complicated. I hope you have better luck with it.

There's a little tutorial on the issue here (http://www.purezc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=23843) which may be of some help to you. Scripting items is done by writing the script, then attaching it to the item in question. Obviously a two part task, where one part is in no way related to the other.
