I am feeling very stupid right now. I read about and downloaded beta 16, but I can't find the enemy editor! Where is it?

Quest > Graphics > Sprites > Enemies.

Now it seems so obvious. How could I not have looked there? Thanks.

There's an awful lot of non-graphics stuff under the graphics tab now. Items, enemies, Link data, etc...
