I can't post quest comments

Is it normal that I cannot add comments on a quest. When I type my comment and click the button, it says that the comment could not be added.

I just wanted to know if I was the problem or if the whole comment system was currently locked.

The DB is in a state of hiatus right now. Eckels was working on it, but that was a while ago. Best thing to do is to sit and wait.
