I need help building an overworld, I mean how can I make it look good?
Can anyone show me a screenshot guide of how to build a perfect overworld?:(

well there's probably not a guide to building a perfect overworld. look at some other games for examples ... if you like the screens, ask yourself...why? find out what makes the screen interesting to you and try to use that. don't copy them of course, make your own awesome screen of the same flavor!

if all else fails, and you're not sure what you do like, find out what you don't like. by spotting what you hate, you can be sure to never do it ever again.

whatever you do, don't use tiles in the wrong manner. it doesn't look good to put the bottom part of the tree on a map and then leave the top off it. side-scrolling issue with trees halfway off the map, for example. if you scroll up, be sure to finish building the tree on the other map screen - makes it more consistent when scrolling. just my thoughts, good luck.

Which tileset is that? There's so many versions of pure I can't keep up with them all...

haha, fair enough. I noticed on the bottom picture, where you had two rows of trees as a barrier on the bottom screen that you had them in line with each other. It'd look good if you put them on alternate tiles if you get what I mean, ie.

Now Alternate tiles
XXX -XX
XXX XXX

If X were a tree : D

Ok thats not really working... Ah well

Nope, lol not at all.
Edit: Btw, the shells and raft rips are walkable.
