It's either something that hasn't been implemented yet or something that was taken out and/or replaced by something else. Probably the latter.

Must have been the ffc attribute that was removed. ;)

It was for an Ice flag that was taken out because they said it was buggy

or something. I was making an Ice DGN with it and it was taken out.
