SFX help!

okay... i'm making an SFX file.... what i need is an ''tutorial'' on the waw files:
you know in zquest you can change the waws in the SFX, and you pick a number, let's say 25 is sword slash, then i replace 25 with my file... but can someone tell me wich number all of the sounds has? i'd be very gratefull!:D
