Casting Animation

When casting spells, it seems to use first the 'two handed item' tile and then the first tile in link's block. Is this tile just for casting or does it have another use? Just wondering incase it messes anything else up if I edit it for casting

It's used just for casting. Historically, it has been a graphic of Link with his arms straight out to the sides.
