I'm a little confused about how to provide the online link for custom quests during the submission process. If someone with experience can guide me through, I'll be most grateful. Also, I've put in several MIDIs to accompany the dungeons, so how do I make sure those get online with the quest? Thanks in advance.

You just have to submit the quest file itself. You can use a free file storage space site to do that. I think some sites are the following:

www.hostrocket.com
www.idrive.com
www.filespace.org

I think those are the exact sites, but if not, somebody please correct them.

As long as you've put the midis in using the load function, they should come packaged with the quest.

Zip everything you want (Quest, readme, Midis, everything). Then upload it to somewhere, like megaupload.com . Then you can just copy the direct link.
