does anyone have a walkthrough for the game alpha? it is on the quest that come with the game. an do the quest play on xp? thanks clay

Hints for level 1:

* Push a block in the room with the Wallmasters to get the dungeon's equipment item.
* Maybe you should save up for the Magic Shield before entering?

Hint for finding the Magic Sword:

* It's somewhere around Lake Hylia.

I know AlphaDawg had something on his old web site that would tell you where the heart containers and everything else was--although not a full-fledged walkthrough of how to get through all the dungeons. Unforuntately, that web site is either no longer accessible or very hard to get to, but you can check on the sticky threads on these forums. If you have any specific questions, post them here.

Yes you can run ZC in Windows XP (at least I never had any problems). Just make sure you're using the Windows versions of ZC and ZQuest and not the DOS versions as XP is not very compatible with DOS applications.
